Workplace Wellbeing Tool for Businesses
How much will Wellbeing Programmes Cost?
Designed by the Department for Work and Pensions, this is a free financial tool that allows the user to input data so that calculations can be made to assess costs and benefits from investing in occupational health strategies in the workplace. It can also give the structure for a business case to buy an Occupational Health service. The tool is divided into two sections – the cost and the reasons for investing with a completed example of a business case with conclusions. Workplace Wellbeing spreadsheet and calculator is available for download here.
New Workplace Wellbeing Toolkit Launched

This resource has been designed to help UK organisations of all kinds to set up or develop their own health and wellbeing programmes. Produced by the Food and Drink Federation, the toolkit both draws on the industry’s collective experience and incorporates Government guidelines on healthy eating and physical activity.
